Hello is anyone else having problems logging in to CJ? I can't even get in to my account at the moment!!!
I just rang them as I'm still having problems and a few people have reported the same error. Apparently they're looking into it but won't be able to let us know when it's been fixed as they don't have time to call everyone who is having problems. You've got to love CJ - just not for their 'customer service' to publishers!
can't login either. hmmmm how come when ever they have these problems they always say, but don't worry your clicks and sales are still being recorded. somehow the way I see my stats get updated - I simply can't believe that anymore... geez....
Still down for me too. They should change the error message for this problem. THe message I get is "There was an error processing your request.". The first time I saw it I was worried that their was a problem with my account. A "CJ down for service" message would be better.
