    ABSOLUTELY ! From the other topic he has posted, it gets even more fishy. I feel this guy is trying to sabotage someone else by pretending to be the owner of the publisher ID. I guess he has got what he wanted, as many of you have reported it already.

    Not only should he read the FAQ of this forum but the Terms of Service for Google's Adsense program.

    FWIW you can email the Adsense Abuse team when you find these: adsense-abuse at google.com

    You could make it your life's work finding these guys, lets hope they're working just as hard!
