Made this new PHPLD template lately.... I don't know PHP codings so i just make PSD templates... this is my second one .... comments & suggestions on the same are welcomed
It looks good I like the effect of the barbwire? in white that is on a slight angle it mixes things up a bit. Also has an edgy feel to it would be perfect for some different niche directories or even a general one. I'd use it for a niche one though. Either way you definately have some artistic talent so keep making them! Good luck.

Nice template pratik. I don't think so that anybody going to code it for free. Do one thing. Hire someone to code it and pay him then find sponsors for that and that way you will get your money back too (maybe more money) and release it
Nice design. A little bit out of the ordinary but the colours and fonts seem to work well. Looks like you put some thought into this.

Great looking template.....i'm just concerned about the left and right sides, my guess is that after the template is coded it won't load pretty fast
If it were up to me, I would add more definition between each category, such as a light border or maybe pattern-like background colors (darker color, lighter color, darker color etc.)
