Custom pagerank checking site - pr4 predicted - 2500+ links - $741 invested

Up for sale today is http://www.smartpagerank.com, which is a custom coded website (you'll receive full and exclusive rights to the script). The domain is registered at godaddy.com (free push), is indexed by google, and is predicted to be a pagerank 4. Urltrends reports "2,536 unique [inbound] links" for the site. Alexa ranking is right around 300,000.

The site makes $5/month (ish) through advertisements and by sending out an email to all subscribed domains once every 2 weeks.

$741 invested into the site. Some of the advertisements expire mid-march. Will keep signature link and link on http://www.imagehostingdirectory.com till the end of march. You'll also receive free hosting for the rest of march.

Why am I selling? Well, I am moving onto other sites and need the money to invest in that venture.

Have you received a cease and desist order from Google about having the word 'pagerank' in your url? Is there any legal reason why you are selling?

Nope never had any legal issues. Sent an email to Google about this, and they said I cant run adwords or adsense with the site, and that was it. Thanks for the concern. If the site doesnt sell, I plan on selling the script. Thanks again.

 

You mentioned that the pagerank image people put on their sites isn't quite working right now. I verified that. If someone purchases this, will you be willing to fix this problem before transfer?
Also, does the pagerank change notifier work perfectly? I know that it's tough to really test since google does its update so infrequently.

 

1) I do not know what the problem with the button is, but Ive contact the programmer about it. Expect it not to be fixed.

2) I have to assume its working, but if for some reason it doesnt, the programmer would fix it immediately (the button was an add-on to the project and more of a secondary thing).
