    I am selling my learn to make money online site. Basically it teaches people how to get started in making money online through various techniques.

    I started promoting this in October 2006 and have a good marketing plan that the site runs itself.

    Here's how it works. I sell the make money guide on eBay and earn revenue from the sales of the guide. The guide then teaches the person how to be an affiliate of UnlimitedIncomeGuide.com. So they do all the promoting for me by setting up pay per click advertising campaigns and sending other traffic to the site. I don't spend any money on advertising.

    The real money maker for this site is that in the guide I give away $50 free yahoo pay per click credits and each time someone redeems a coupon, I get $30 from Commission Junction.

    The whole system is setup nicely so that you recruit many affiliates to promote your product and make money by selling the guide on ebay, getting sales from the affiliates on UnlimitedIncomeGuide.com, and earning commissions through commission junction. Affiliates sign up through paydotcom.com and you also earn referrals for each person that signs up through paydotcom

    I also started capturing email addresses on the site to send out more upsell offers to and did a mailing and earned a couple more sales. I spend about $100 per month in eBay fees and the rest is profit.

    This site has a lot of potential and basically runs itself.
