What is a website worth? Over 14,000 pages indexed on Google.

    I own www.valley411.com and it has been indexed fairly well on the Google and the other search engines. What is this site worth? Any ideas?

    It depends on the number of unique visitors you get, your monthly revenue from the site, when the site was established and so on...

    If the website brings in any income, the formula is generally:
    (monthly income*8 to 12) + assets = site value

    Well, that tool is telling + $169,000 for one on my sites, but I didn't get that amount yesterday :rolleyes:
