    Hi

I am brand new to this and totally confused.

I created my first blog 2 weeks ago and signed up with adsense. I have a search box and a tiny ad on my site.

    1. Yesterday, I started out the day making about 40 cents, then all of a suddent, it disappeared to zero cents AND removed $15 from previous totals!!! (and no, that $$ didnt go into my check which is being held until I get my PIN)...

    2. I made zero cents yesterday, which has never happened. I make about $5 a day so far.

    3. I know I had clicked on my own ad's a few times, as well as doing searches in my search box, to see how they looked, etc.

I emailed Google but I guess they take several days to email??

    4. Also, I put 2 google search boxes on my page, one at the very top, one at the bottom, to see which one i liked better........Is that bad?? I took one of them off, being paranoid....

    Any idea's??

    Thank you for this forum!

Uh yeah thats def. not allowed which is probably why they took back the money. A mistaken one click is ok but when you do it more then once you're in for it

ermm dude, have you tried looking at the "last 7 days stats" and "all time stats".

the normal page of google adsense only shows you what you earned today.

try clicking on the Last 7 days stats, your money is still there.

yea. u shud consider yourself lucky though. however, that said. i believe every newbie has clicked their ads a few times :). i was so excited when i got accepted, i kept clicking on every college computer i could get my hands on. that was till i got a final warning email 3 days later lol. counted ma self lucky seeing all the complaints on the forum of people talking about being banned straight away. ehehe. lesson learnt and have been a good boy ever since making fine dough by doing good SEO, ad placement and rich updated content to drive traffic to ma site :)

Yes, I looked at the 7 day stats as well as other categories, and that $$ is gone.

I emailed Google to tell them I clicked on my own ad's and about the money issue.

Today, the "adsense for search" category is grayed out and says "no data available"

    I feel horrible!
