Many this guy is toast. As soon as each of those accounts hit $100 they will be banned before payment is sent. He has multiple accounts and is asking for fraudulent clicks... A BIG no-no

There is another possibility here. They may not be his accounts at all and he could be trying to cause problems for somebody else.
