This may be a dumb question, but did you contact the seller? What did (s)he say?

Say who it is, so we can avoid them.

You got scammed, so why don't you help the next person avoid being played?

you learned a lesson in $5 .. Its not that costly. Just make sure you don't forget it.

Forgetting learned lesson normally costs more.

    What's his name?

You need to post it, and aware the mods so they can warn him... Make sure you give him a bad iTrader too.

Are you sure he just hasn't been on to give you the account? :p

Amusing, yet flawed. What he did as a violation of a Terms of Service. All they could do, is close the myspace account in question. It is not a "crime", and he would never face crimminal charges as far as I know.

$5 was a cheap lesson learnt, some people loose hundreds or thousands to learn the same lesson.

Ok, seriously, people don't know what a "scam" is.

This time getjimmy or whatever scammed him of $5. If we make him believe that he has succeeded, he'll do another scam to his next custo... victim. What if the next time, he does it with $1000 instead of $5. Forget the $5 even existed. Concentrate on the idea that the jimmy guy scammed someone...

why are you posting all this crap mate. i have purcased quite a few services/myspace accounts from getjimmy and has NEVER screwed me over. he is always more than willing to help you out if you need it. if you have an issue and PM you he always replies very quickly, he is genuinely a nice guy.

$5???? why the hell would he go to all that bother for screwing you out of $5, if he really wanted to screw sombody he would be selling somthing on here that cotsts $500....i mean what does he benefit out of screwing sombody, risking his reputation and name for a measly $5....? it just aint worth it.
