I had blog named techwhack.blogspot.com, even i wasnt sure how the things i found. i search the google for this name and even i quiet like it. i named my blog after this. After around 6 months the owner of the blog techwhack.com make one website after my name ankurlekhi.com .

i had a chat and he accussed me that i am using his site name to get the traffic and moreover he said, this is not a dictionary word and you cannot use it.
We agreed on the fact that i will make a new domain and he will leave the domain which is under my name, which he did .

Now my question is the new site which i developed is technology-post.info on which i posted all the content of my previous blog. however i am not sure that any day like this guy he will come and will..... F...k my a.... once again.

Please suggest me, i am in need to get suggested by the legal people.

Well, I'm not 100% sure exactly what you are asking. If you are concerned about your new domain name (technology-post.info) running into the same kind of issue, I don't think you need to worry. The terms are generic so there shouldn't be any trademark issues.

The first one would definitely be a trademark violation provided that his site has been up and running for a longer period.

Also, I don't know where the content you post comes from. If you take it from other sites and then repost it on your blog, that would be copyright violations.

I never implied that you were copying it from other sites (I hope you didn't think that! ;) ). I only meant that I didn't know whether you wrote it or not. If you didn't write it that would have been a copyright violation, if you did there shouldn't be a problem at all.

Glad to hear that the latter is the case. You should definitely not have any other issues then aside from the trademark infringement of the first domain name.

Did you just say that this guy made a website out of your name....ankurlekhi.com???

lol, thats quite weird. That is as much a violation to you as your blog's title was to him!!
