Have the same thing. Checked with 4 friends as well, all have it. Nobody has any actual compliance problems though. It seems like it's just bug day at Yahoo, because stats are behind many hours as well.

    Hello xxx

Normally, the Compliance Manager page in your Yahoo! Publisher Network account will only appear if there's been a violation of our Terms and Conditions. However, we are currently addressing a system-wide issue causing this page to appear in accounts that haven't violated our guidelines. We regret that we're unclear as to when this will be resolved but advise you to disregard the notice if there?s nothing indicated on your Compliance Manager page itself. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance.

    Sincerely,

    xxxxx

I kept getting it for the last few days and when I clicked on it, it said no action required. Today however when I clicked on it, it showed the website that has issues and it said it was flagged for OBSCURED ADS.
Can someone tell me what that means in plain English. I've made changes but I want to make sure that I got it right.
    Thanks.

it means that some portion of the ad unit is obscured or hidden. for example, if you make the url color or the text color of the ad the same color as your background, you would be obscuring the ad. also, not sure if this is still the case... there were certain background colors which caused the Ads by Yahoo to either completely or extremely blend in with the background color of the page, thereby obscuring the ad. i believe they fixed this issue, though im not 100%.

    Hey there,
We were experiencing some problems with the compliance manager status page but we resolved it yesterday. For anyone who got an email regarding YPN's compliance policy, you should log-in to the portal to double check and make sure you do not have any outstanding actions.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    Thanks

    Hi Sarah,
I keep getting the Compliance Manager Message for one of my sites. It only says action required but doesn't say what kind of action is required. I emailed a nice lady from Yahoo and she said to ignore that message and that they are having issues with the Compliance Manager and that my site complies with Yahoo Guidelines, but I still got another one. What should I do?
    Thanks.
