    That was what I was thinking alot about was working at the shop and I can make sure I earn a steady income and make alot enought to make some good web projects but the problem I dont think you guys realize is you have to go to a 4 year college to work the machines at his shop, and also If iwas a webmaster part time or full time I would like to go to college for it maybe.

    Kid, you are like 15. Just chill and enjoy the moment. Do you like what your dad does ? What do you know about being a webmaster ? .. repairing computers can lead to various branches such as servers, et al. Do some research on it. ;-)

    I doubt that you'd make over $100,000 a year being a webmaster. I'm around your age, and I'm only webmastering for fun. I don't plan on making a career out of it.

    My suggestion: Go to university/college, then take over your dad's business.

    I agree, and from experience, I've been looking for website design positions in my city and there are hardly any. So most of us just freelance.. but finding freelancing projects is very difficult.

    Its the fun and adventure for which I'm in webs. I don't expect much income from it though. For money the better would be your father's job.
