Are your kids future webmasters?

    Hey people

My kids, I think are budding webmasters...they are 4 and 5 yrs old, the 5 yr old is almost touch-typing, they can both find anything they want on google (safesearch on;) ), they can spot adsense ads a mile off, and they are getting pretty good using paint and Gimp (like photoshop) to edit images.

I think this is 'cos they see me on the computer alot, and they have picked it up from that. for those here who have kids, are yours very advanced computer users for their age?

Wow, that's very impressive! A 5-year old already knowing so much about computers? At 5, I was still playing with Lego, haha.

Get them a new computer so that they can use computers too and at the same time you can use the PC too ;)
Encourage the kids from young age and you'll see them being a great webmaster sooner or later

I built my first website at age 6. I was in grade 1 and my dad taught me simple HTML (the basic structure, h1, h2, h3, p, etc). I built a backstreet boys fan site and my dad found a way of hosting it for me. I'm now 16 and have never stopped building web pages.

    That is so young!

I think they are going to be the future webmasters (I started my first site in grade 6). Kids are getting more computer/internet saavy these days! (and at a younger age too)

kid can be webmaster or any thing else, i think the age restriction should be obolish, Imagine American president age 4 and british PM age 2, great Leaders.
Imagine you are voting for a 6 year old President, I think this all gona happen in next generation!!

I think we may well be better off with those two leaders being replaced by kids, lol.

well, im impressed by you guys starting sites so young, better than flipping burgers, Im sure!

I'll be happy whatever my boys want to do, but it would be cool if they get into web design.

Payce takes after his mother, so.. He'll probably be in some kind of business. Possibly web.. who knows. I'm shooting for him to become a webmaster on the side so he can make himself money for a car (13 years off).

I won't force my kids to do something, I don't want to repeat the history of what happened to me. Let them choose what they want to do, it's there life.. :)
