    Yeah, right. Of course women can be great webmasters. We have a few here. If women can be soldiers in the Israeli army (one of the best armed forces in the world), I´m sure they can figure out how to set up a site and maintain it. :rolleyes:

    Semantics, young man. It's the old '80s argument over chairman, chairwoman. In the end the genderless description of the workrole won.

    So webmaster describes the job you do, not the person doing it.
