Hi,
As per my knowledge Adsense Sends Account Payee cheques, money can only be paid to Account the person on whose name Chq is issued.

I don't think any exchanging can be done..

There is nothing to ask google about,.

bank only pay to person whos name is on check.

u can not exchange etc..

 

can you tell me a way to charge the check without paying tax ?

 

I don't think 'tax' amount will be more then 'exchange' cost
and I'm 99.09% sure you can't exchange the check.

If it is US G itself pays the TAX and sends the remaining payment to publishers, but in case of other counturies it is upto the publishers to Pay tax or not.. It is always better to pay tax..

I think you want to ban your account its againts TOs as fas as I know..

 

I dont think it can be exchanged as it need to be deposited in the bank < and money is transferred to the name of the owner of cheque >
