Is there any violation or suggestion you can tell me bout

    Hi people,
    I am new to the adsense world. Around 3 months old and I would like to know if the ad placement on my site is correct. An in I would like to know if I am in any ways violating the Google TOS as I have out three ad units, 1 mozilla ad. And also if there is any suggestion for placement of ads or anything that will help my adsense earning

    Hi there, actually you can place up to three ad units and one link unit on any page. If I'm correct, I don't see any link unit there. So, why don't you place one link unit maybe under your title too? From my experience, link unit is pretty good in earning.

    But link units are just links to sites containing a list of links. Only if a user clicks on one of the links i would get paid. Is that right. That way wont it be a slow process.

    Yes that is correct.

    For link units, I wouldn't add it in your site (it'll make it more cluttered and like you said it'll be a slower process).
