What's the worst team in a great uniform?

I saw a picture of one of the Detroit Lions today. This is the team I grew up with and I thought, man that's a good looking uniform on one of the worst franchises in sports. Is there any other team that dresses so well and performs so poorly?

Yeah I know all to well how bad the Lions are. I really thought Harrington had a chance to make a big impact but his career with the Lions was as bad as the rest of their QBs over the years.

Our English International football (soccer) team do so on a regular basis.

 

The English side has been disappointing for many years now. The team the US puts together for the Olympics and World Championships is starting to develop a similar tradition.
