Selling image hosting site with SEO score of 96%

After the quick successful sale for the previous site Here which had SEO score of 80% from Domain Tools


Now i'm listing another image hosting site that had SEO job well done that costed me 150$ to pay SEO guy to get score of whopping 96% by Domain Tools

even imageshack don't have this SEO score - they stand at 70% only

so what you need is to do link building to get high PR then you have strong competitive image hosting site

my site www.myhotimage.net (MHI) has an attractive name with unique banner and unique design

it's managed by the script from celeron dude which i modified and added anonymous upload ability to it

the site now has 119 registered users with 972 files uploaded

anonymously uploaded images are now 51

why selling the site ? need fund raise for big project that needs the hosting server upgraded...

I'll bid $50. but frankly if the earnings are that low I don't see buying the site for more than 10X monthly revenue.

 

With the SEO job done on the site there are still much money on the table

it only needs some link building (submitting to directories and buying links) then it will get loads of traffic from search engines

by then you can sell text/banner ads on the site for good money

 

More info about the site:-

the script has the ability for multi upload (starts with 5 and members can add more fields on the fly by clicking small + icon)

users can also upload images in a zip file that will be extracted and direct/forum/myspace links given to the images.

users can also rename and resize images after being uploaded
