For your ads on the right side of the site, I would remove the borders (make them white) for better blending borders make it obvious that it's an ad.

 

IMO, in order to make any real money with ads, you need a good domain.

Sub-Domains just dont cut it...

I do like the colors, very simple and easy on the eyes.

 

I like the blue letters, the dark blue square around the date, and the light blue page. However, the light blue seperaters are really too light. I'd change those to the same color as the date background and change the link colors to that same blue. These are just suggestions.

well main domain is also mine but I have plans for different site their so put that blog on subdomain

If you have the option, then I would suggest making the subdomain "moneymaking.instruite.com". It's more search engine friendly and would make the site rank better for "money making" or "make money".

Well you have a strong point there
but I have advertised the blog with that name everywhere and also that site is indexed in almost all search engines so it's not possible to change the domain name now...
