Are you seriously working for KW 'Fax' ? That is absolutely ridiculous. You might as well work for some phrase that go with 'fax'
It's those steadily growing forums that help Google come again and again Seriously though, fresh content does help. And your forum gets new pages, your forum links back to the main page, voila, more links.
Now you know how to rank well, so next challenge will be finding the keyword that convert and rank well for that word
