No. We only work for clients who want customizations to any existing designs or want a completely new design. The client site could be based on a Template Monster or any other template. fryzie's current website is also template based.
What has this got to do with anything? NOTHING I NEVER said anything about wanting a banner for free. This is a 100% lie and you know it. You felt it suitable to give me a site where you told you did the 'main flash file', which you did NOT make. That was not the only site where on your portfolio you said you made the flash file, which you did not. Let me quote exactly what I said again; "I looked at some of 'her work' again and again they looked really familiar, so I went on one of those 'free website template' sites and what do you know! Nearly all her flash work were exact matches to the the flash which were on these sites which you could get for free, or some pay $50-60 for. Stop beating around the bush, and bringing up all this rubbish which has got nothing to do with what you did. You have flash work on your portfolio which you said you made. And you did not make it.
Dear God.. let the thread die. its called profiteering. DP'ers do it all the time. Example: download whitefyre's' proxy, grab a template, sell for 10 times what you have in it. half the crap that is supposed to be unique isnt. welcome to reality. learn from it and move on.
What's wrong with my money making method? Nah I just bought a server, bought 15 domains, bought a cool design and edited it for all the 15 sites, added Google Ads and then advertised!

I suspect there's been a huge misunderstanding here, and we can all learn from it. When Rosie007 PM'd you some examples of Flash websites, there was not always a precise commentary, as far as I can tell, of exactly how much of the design work on each website was her own. Most websites are a collaboration. So potential clients need to ask, and designers need to state, exactly which bits of a website they were involved in creating or modifying. Otherwise you get room for misunderstandings like this, and accusations flying around when the wrong assumptions have been made.
