    1) Make sure your proxy is good.
    2) Submit to topsites.
    3) Submit to proxy.org.
    4) Link exchange with other proxies.
    5) Let viral marketing do it's thang.

    Proxies market themselves.. lol

    Submit to topsites, proxy.org, goodwaiter.com, findproxy.org, and put it in your DP sig and make some posts. Post it in proxy.org forums.

    Let the word spread :)
