Revenue Sharing Digg - Want to Make Money Submitting Stories?

When I first heard about how the digital point forums share adsense revenue with its users I was very impressed and quickly put my adsense code in. I later took it down as I was paranoid of getting banned due to some troll coming in and clicking a million times and while my adsense ad was in rotation. I haven't put it back up yet, but perhaps I will if someone can alleviate my worries :D

Anyway, I've been thinking about how insane it is that people submit stories to Digg for FREE! Basically, they have built Digg into one of the most popular sites on the internet - and haven't got a penny for it! Kevin has an army of content creators working around the clock while he sleeps and drinks beer!

I went to bed around 4 a.m. last night and woke up this morning with the idea of creating a Digg type site, but following the model of digital point with revenue sharing. I think something like this would grow like crazy! I really think the Digital Point Rev Share Model is the wave of the future.... perhaps even a big enough wave that it could be Web 3.0.

    Other ideas:

Revenue sharing forums on different topics
    Revenue sharing blogs
Revenue sharing DATING SITES! (move over plentyoffish.com)

The only hitch I see is keeping everyone's adsense accounts safe from trolls that may try click bombing, etc.

Any thoughts on this subject? If this should go in a different forum please move.

Yeah, it's funny how YouTube and other sites make their owners a fortune off other people's content. I think the revenue sharing model is good. Of course the webmaster gets the most, but it gives posters a piece. The only ones left out are the lurkers, which makes good sense to me.

It's amazing how people not only provide free content, but also amazing how many do it on a regular basis. Chad and Steve made 1.7 billion selling YouTube with other people's content and illegal content! Why work for a living when you can get away with that?

One thing for sure, I underestimated how many sites and people are already on the revenue sharing bandwagon. Google it and there are quite a few results...

I wonder if the Digg users will ever wake up?

I'm surprised that more forum sites have not tried it.
If you are going to be a member of a forum why not be a member of one where you might make a tiny bit of coin.
