Where does one sign up to make their forum an ad revenue sharing one?

are you asking about adsense ad sharing?
then you will have to install the mod for that on your forum
which forum script you are using?

 

You don't have to signup any were. Its a mod that anyone could install on their forum. I know its available for Vb but i don't know about any other forum software.

The module is available in vbulletin.org forums
just download it from their and follow the install instructions
