SAW4.net - Saw 4 The Movie Fan Site - $42 from AdSense in its first month

As some of you might already know, Saw 4 the movie is officially announced.

After I got the news that Saw 4 is officially announced, I just created a one-page website and put Google AdSense ads on it. It was pretty succesful indeed. Although I haven't done any advertisement, it made $42 in February (1 Feb-28 Feb) in its first month. It got 1.637 impressions and 248 clicks in its first month, and it's so early yet for the movie! Think about the hits when they release the trailer of Saw 4 The site obviously has a huge potential.

The domain expires on 04-sep-2007. It's registered at Directi, and free push is possible. This domain is the best that can be used for Saw 4!

I will both sell the site and the domain. But the real thing I'm selling here is the huge potential of this site! Think about it, it's just one-page website and made $42 in its first month. No advertisement! All hits are coming from search engines. As a proof of revenue, see the screenshots below (they're in Turkish);

Where is traffic coming from?

 

All traffic is from search engines. Most of it is coming from Google.

Why are you selling the site if it has great potential? You could earn more by just keeping it if it has lot of potential right?

Because I don't have time to build up a good fan site, that's why I just created a one-page website. I have many other projects going on so I don't have time for this one. In right hands, it can make good amount of money.

Only Google AdSense stats. I didn't put a tracker code or something, but I can put if you want.

When I get an offer that satisfies me.

Also I would put the auction on hold until you had some firm stats (referral, unique visitors - a couple of weeks at least) but that's just my opinion.

its monthly revenue X 10 = simple value of the site

So, 42 X 10 = $420 plus add the value of the great domain (the best that can be used is saw4.com, and it's owned by the movie company, so the 2nd best option for SE ranking advantage is saw4.net) and potential (come on, even Saw 4's trailer is not released yet and it made $42 this month!?).
