    He seems to be new and probably didn't know what "free" in this DP forum means, and I can not blame on him. Even if a rule for this forum is for us to read and take responsibility for it, new people do such mistakes often.

    I'm not sure a red rep. was needed for him. That seemed a little harsh on a new guy.
