I'm one of the evil guys slowing down your servers with all my evil subid's.

Ok, so Azoogle cutted my reports and offers only an function to email me my reports. (Not even downloading is possible!)

Now I wait since 1 WEEK for my reports and I have the feeling that there will be nothing changed on how the reports are created, that's why you read my rant now here.

It's impossible to get my reports because your email function doesnt work... I tried several different email addresses, my AM was so kind to print the reports for me and send them to my email, but NONE of about 5 different email addresses worked with your new "send the reports via email feature" and I'm having a real hard time figuring out WHAT makes me money and what NOT.

And all this right now where I increased my daily spendings at around 150% trying to grow real big.

    </rant OFF!>

Hopefully you guys can offer us an better solution fast, I want my reports back! Or give us at least an download function for subid reports...

Sorry the Sub-Id report is not functioning properly for you. I would like to help you find a solution and get to the bottom of why you are not receiving the report via email in a very timely manner as it should arrive in your inbox within a few minutes upon request.

Out of curiosity, under the Statistics Menu Option, there is a sub-menu, Generated Reports, have you looked there, as it should contain links to your requested reports which you can download from the interface?

If you don't see anything under this menu, please feel free to send me a private IM and I can arrange to have our technical department further assist you.

I just remembered that I placed in my application that my site is: "incentivized".

I don't know what this means, since english is not my main language. I found out it's something bad (like giving points to my visitors, which isn't true).

I now fear my application won't be accepted, cause of this. How can I contact someone from azoogle and calrify that I have big and quality website I'd like to run azoogle on?

please help, since I applyied yesterday, should I apply again or ...

pleasem email me and I can give you all the info concerning my site...

incentivized is not bad. It is just a different business model.

what is "incentivized" strange word, I didn't even find it in dictonary.

I have a normal, big website, where I'd plan to put affiliate links in sidebar or in my posts if azoogle provides this. is then my site "incentivized"?

no, incentivized is where you give people an incentive to complete offers on your site. This is how the "free ipod" sites operate.

    Hey Guys,
Here is the issue, and I have already reported it to Azoogle's Tech team. When they send the report out they are using a bad email address in the header "azoogle@reports.prod" so if you are running any kind of spam software, it is being blocked with the "no real dns " or similar error message. If you have the ability to white list that email address then you can get it or, as mentioned above, wait about 15min and then click the generated reports menu item under the Statistics option.

Thanks for the answers and tips. Indeed I had no knowledge about the option of downloading it after 15 mins. in the generated reports section, and for the bad email that is what I assumed too, thanks for clarifying that.

I just hope you guys improve the reporting, I always thought the subids was thought as help for affiliates knowing what converts the best...And if you have much traffic/conversions I guess it's not a bad thing @ azoogle ;)
