Adult Friend Finder is the big one. You get revshare with them (a percentage of the monthly fee each customer you send them for the entire length of the account).
One to stay away from is datingrev INC. There software is horrible and they have never paid us after sending a lot of traffic to them for 4 months.
DatingSoft.com is a good affiliate program that lets you co-brand.. I've been earning decent money with them. I do have another question related to this... Are there any dating database coops where sites share the same database? I want to take the plunge and start offering this service directly without an affiliate. Oh, cj has a large selection of dating affiliates.
match.com, matchmaker.com, personals.yahoo.com, date.com, connectionzone.com, friendfinder.com. All this big sites have an "Affiliate program". later edit: @ rjhere check this: matchbooster.com and netlovematch.com. Perhaps this is what are you looking for. I personally didn't try any of this yet and I don't know much of them
Primary Ads pay per lead and have around 200 different campaigns (all subjects you can imagine) to choose from. Every lead is an email or zip code for which you get a dollar or more. There are some interesting high paying dating campaigns at the moment!
True.com was one of the best converters, now eharmony.com seems to be taking the lead. True is fairly saturated in the marketplace so consumers don't seem to be clicking on it as often. Plus, I think there's some traditional media promoting eharmony, so I'd check that one out. Ironically, I don't think we host it. Yet. Mark my words. Yet. Oh, and hey, this is my first post. Having spent 10 years working this industry, thought I'd jump in and offer my two cents. Dating affiliate programs used to be easy for money making a few years ago but it's highly competitive these days. If you're going to evaluate different types of programs, the consumer trend these days are gearing more towards sites that promote the more seriously, long-term relationships versus the casual chat programs. I'd recommend you do some research to understand what is happening in this vertical before jumping into any specific program, you may end up wasting a lot of time and energy investing in the wrong one. Hello, I’m new to this forum - If you are looking for a dating service that will allow you to build your own site using their database of contacts. I know of a UK based company that allows some affiliates to integrate their database of contacts with client’s white label sites. They are quite choosey about who they will work with in this way (which is understandable). But you might want to check them out. They are called datetheuk.com they don’t run an affiliate platform of their own but they do have referral programmes with many of then main networks.

using adult dating programs may offend your female visitors .. you should write disclaimer for kids ( like your website is for over 18 yrs age etc etc ) . so i have never used any adult program .. why not try a clean dating website instead of adult dating of any kind .
