depends on age gender and reason you want the gift to be for. you cant just guess and say parfume and then wait for you to tell us it's for a guy. that tip is worth some rep huh lol?
I'd imagine you could use any website as long as you have a valid credit card (or find a site that accepts paypal). Most sites have the shipping information and billing information separate, so you could have it billed to your address in Indie and shipped to your cousins address in the US.
What's your budget? If it's for a guy... I don't know a single guy who wouldn't want a nice Victorinox pocket knife/tool/torch/watch. Even if they've already got one.

i guess you can go to ebay and pay someone with paypal... buy anything you like and ask the provider to ship it to US. Simple as it is.
