why cant I start a new thread in "sites"

    Hi, I have a site I want to sell, and it wont let me start a new thread. The reasons given dont make sense to me, I shouldnt be banned by the admin. It lets me respond to other posts, why cant I start a new thread? Thanks.

    Here is the message I get:

    There is a rule regarding number of posts/time spend here before you can post inside buy, sell & trade forums.

    Read the FAQ above... not the FM :D
