PR3 General directory for sale

Hey there, I purchased this directory on here a month or two ago but I've found that I just don't have the time anymore to go through and approve/disapprove links.

It get's 60 or so links per day. I haven't had any paid submissions since my ownership, but I'd say it's big enough now you could turn on reciprocal and paid functions.

The domain is at godaddy, hosted at bluehost. I can approve all pending links (around 1,100 today) disapprove all links, or just leave them there. I recently took out all of the gambling and I think finance related ones as well because they were just junking up the place.

I'll take bids here please. I've got a reserve in mind, but not BIN at this point. If I get a couple decent bids I'll post both a reserve and BIN.

Uniques: 75-80 per day
Pageviews: 289 per day

do you mean simply hitting the button to approve them all, or actually reviewing them first !

 

ha! I'd be happy to review them prior to transfer if that's what the purchaser wanted.

 

What is the no. of links present ?

Do the footer link need to remain intact ?

 

What is the price range you are looking for?

 

I'm not at a terminal that I can login to the site to see how many links are in there... several thousand at least.

I'm really not looking for much, I think the PR and submission levels are worth a little bit but i'm open to just about any offers. I've gotten one offer of a trade but I'm mostly just looking to unload a few sites.

I can provide hosting for a couple months for free or sell you the account that it's on (has 10 months left I think).

Citruscommerce... who gave you permission to allow people to remove the footer links?

 

I realize what he was referring to now, those sponsor links are the reason people make phpLD templates... for those backlinks.

So no you shouldn't remove them. I chose not to but I'm sure there are people out there who don't care about the time and money that goes into creating templates.

anyway, thank you for pointing out. I thought he was talking about some other links in the footers, but I don't think they're showing after I switched to this template. My Bad.

anyone interested in making an offer? It is a nice little directory, it's ready to be turned either for pay or recip only I'd say.

 

What's your reserve and BIN?

 

Most footer links can be remove with permission for a price, I paid to remove them on www.mainsearches.com might be money wasted as I’m thinking about getting a designer.

How long is the domain registered for?

 

As for reserve or BIN, I don't really have one anymore. I can't believe there aren't more people interested in a PR3 directory, i just have some others and I don't need this many to run so I'm getting rid of this one.

anyway, make me an offer I can't refuse and it's yours. I got one offer of $30 through PM and I won't be accepting it. Sure I discount my time and all but I'd like to see a little more than that, especially if I'm going to have to host it for a while until the transfer goes through and the domain moves.

The domain is registered until august of this year at Godaddy. I can do a free push or help to transfer it to whatever registrar you'd like.
