I'm the webmaster to memoforums.com. it uses a unique graphical forum software that I designed (well modified actually). Basically, when you register, you choose an avatar, and when you post, you choose a background and the mood of your avatar, and it draws a picture based on the result. It's a fun concept, and I encourage you to go to the website and look around to get an idea of what I'm talking about. Anyway, I'm offerring board on my forum to anyone who thinks their site might benefit from it. Almost all the revenue generated from your board will go directly to your google account. The method for doing this similar to how dp does it, but you'll stand to make more money, because you'll get the revenue from every single thread. The threads get a great ctr, so if you have the traffic, you should make good money off of it. not only that, but your users will have a special kind of forum community to call their own.
