ChaCha Talk - Great Forum Ranked High in Google - Growing Well

    ChaCha Talk is a forum established for talking about the very popular ChaCha search engine (ChaCha.com). It's growing very fast and completely naturally, I haven't done really any promotion and it's getting lots of signups daily (got 11 today). ChaCha gets huge publicity, and is becoming a major search engine, so this forum can be absolutely huge in the not-so-distant future.

    It ranks #1 in Google for "ChaCha talk", it's on the first page for "talk about ChaCha", it's on the second page in Google for "ChaCha forum", and ranks even better in Yahoo and MSN.

    There is no revenue at the moment, because I haven't put any ads on it or anything at all. It's up to you to put on what ads you want and start making the money.

    Traffic wise, it's at about 40 uniques per day, and about 30k hits per site. Although this past Sunday it had 999 uniques in 1 day.

    I really don't want to get rid of this, but I need the money badly right now and this is one of my better sites. Treat it well :).

    It's growing completely naturally, with promotion it could be gigantic.

    It's too late for that now, there's only 2 days in the auction left, I'd have to set up what adsense I want and where, what aff. ads I want to run, etc.

    It's a growing forum with big potential in a good niche, that's what I'm selling it as.

    Please provide traffic + referral stats (from where comes traffic).

    Not difficult to be number one for those keywords :)

    You never will get that BIN... no revenue, almost no post... but you have a nice offer till now.. maybe more if stats showed....
