Rebuild or start a new domain , after Google remove most of my backlinks and pagerank

Is it better to start building a new domain or rebuild existing one and beg for reinclusion , after Google has remove all your indexes and zeroed your pagerank?

Which is a better choice ?

it a better to have a fresh domain. U cant predict how google is goting to treat the old one ( purchased domain). I am not sure about the time period for the reinclusion.

i dont think its call banned from G.
as search engine is natural, and not to exlcude any site.
even now, the hack code site still in G, not excluded right?

build more links, u will get listed.

I, too agree on starting with a new domain. Depending on how bad the penalty is, you simply can waste your time to recover it.
