Yes, Google accepts proxy sites, but try to add some textual content to the site in addition to the the proxy form.

I guess maybe it's how your ads are laid out. It's good to get social sites links for people who want to browse social sites they are blocked from at school or at work. Especially people under websense filtering.
Is possible that your traffic come from low cpc countries, for example china, iran... The best revenue using adsense is with USA visitors, the cost per click increases a lot. You can get USA traffic from myspace for example. Other possibility is that you have not had sufficient textual content in your proxy, and that adsense has not found relevant ads to show. Good luck
