Anyone interested has to pay 50$ an Entrance Fees which includes Your Lunch and Dinner on 31st March 2007 for the conferance.

People who need details regarding stay in New delhi should contact us ASAP because lateron all the rooms may be booked

The cost for stay is around 2000INR/day where 2-3 people can accommodate in a single room.

The Meet is on 31st March 2007 from Morning 9 Am till evening/night(which will be confirmed later)

People who are not from delhi should make sure they reach on time and it will be good if they come on 30th March itself.

On 1st April we have a Informal Party at a special place which cannot be announced here (robs knows better The Pool ) and who ever is interested should let us know about it in Advance.

Where is Clarks Inn?

 

I will be India during the days but, for obvious reasons I will not be able to travel to Delhi. I will be around in Kerela! Will call everyone from Kerela!

 

You will call all the 50 people from kerala

 

Few things amit:

1. Kindly match the names above with their dp userid.

2. Can you plz post a better and a bigger map of whole of delhi so it can be easier to find the place.

3. Can each of the member above confirm the ticket details like arrival and departure time?

4. Can we have a small bit of party on the 30th too.

5. Can you mention the time that can take to travel from the airport to the place of meeting and vise-versa?

6. Can the organisers pass their contact details to each of the confirmed members of the meet, incase of they meet with any problems?

7. Can we place take the home and phone nos. of each member confirmed, incase of any problem for satefy reasons.

Not all the participants are DP members so wont be possible to get the DP IDs of all, We will surely write the IDs of the once who are member of DP

Will place a detailed map in the morning

Most of the members are coming on 30th evening and leaving on 1st. If you want details of any particular member PM me

We might have a small party on 1st but not 30th as 30th is a working day and most of us will be busy @ work

Its delhi dude ... So all depends on traffic. Although 1 hour should be sufficient but take 2 hours to be on the safer side

Feel free to contact any of the five organisers, PM any of us for the contact numbers.

I actually see no reason to disclose the details of all the members, can you elaborate on your question ?

We might Put a CAP on the people who can attend the meet after the list reaches 100 so hurry up and REGISTER FAST
