If you are not happy with your current user name, then it might be changed. But It's depends on mods.

 

That is true. You cannot find that rule in FAQ/Rules of DP. But I guess it's already given/implied. Why do you want to use 2 usernames anyway?

Users are allowed a single account/username, and multiple accounts will result in all of them being banned.
