Aside from Digg what social site brings you the traffic?

If you get traffic from social sites you most probably get that traffic from Digg judging by its huge popularity.

But what would you call second best and why?

Fark, Squidoo, Stumbleupon, Reddit, etc.?

And what SEO did you do to your sites before submitting them to the social sites?

 

I hear a lot about Squidoo so it must be good, i'm going to read more about it and see how well it works.

 

Is there a directory link listing these types of sites out?

 

I once got quite a few traffic from StumbleUpon, if you can call that social website.

 

reddit does i've not really used the others yet, but i intend to if anyone one has any opinions on the others such as fark, stumble and squidoo i would love to hear them

I'd say that I've got a lot of traffic from Stumbleupon!

 

do u know any plugins that automate the social network posts for wordpress? i know a couple for Digg, I am sure others must have them as well.

 

Do you mean the buttons on the bottom?

 

id say reddit, squidoo, and stumbleupon brings some good traffic

 

Technorati also sends some traffic to one of my blogs.

If you have an extra ordinary site, you can put your link in wikipedia. But remember, if your site not among the best, your link will be removed.

 

well, these sites are a SEO medium as well; free inlinks
Technorati profile, Squidoo, StumbleUpon, Ziki.com etc. etc.
they all give you a link to your site(s) without the nofollow tag.

i got some visitors from delicious too

 

Digg sends about 5000 visitors if you hit the homepage.

Fark sends about 3000 visitors if you hit the homepage.

Stumble Upon sends about 200 to 1000 visitors every single day.

Netscape sends about 1000 visitors if you hit the homepage.

Although I have gained links from all of them, I only see traffic from de.licio.us and stumbleupon

That furl and ma.gnolia.com don't send any traffic, as I can see..
