Getting an adsense account ...

Hi ..

I do not have an adsense account yet, but I will want one soon... I heard that google reviews the applications.....

Are they 'difficult' in giving out adsense accounts ? And does one need a hell of a lot of content before they give you an account ?

They aren't that difficult at giving at accounts. You don't need that much content either. My advice would be to start a Blogger blog and use that as a short cut to signing up - should get you in within a day or two. Once you're in the code is yours to use as you wish. Be sure to obey the rules.

 

I'd say it's very easy to get an adsense account..Just set up a blog and write some articles on it,they'll approve it.

 

With a blog of only a few posts on blogspot.com, someone I know applied for adsense and was accepted within an hour! So it's a good way to do it! Just be sure your blog, and any other site you decide to put the adsense code on, complies with adsense terms and conditions. Or you'll end up losing everything... probably just before your first payout!

Getting an account might be the easiest part ... the challenge is getting the hits and the clicks !! If you already have a site that has some decent content on it, you should apply for Adsense right away.

hi, night owl, i'm a newbie too, what you mention concerns me. does it happen often GG closes an adsense account? i mean, not because that i do things wrong or violate the code, but by mistake. is it often?

 

I signed up with a blogspot blog which have only one article on it at that time. Got approved in less than two days

I find if you have yourself a good website, that is complient to the TOS, you won't have a problem at all. Unless you have been baned previously, and are trying to sign up again.

 

i agree . create a blog in blogspot. put some content. apply in adsense. fastest way to get approved.

Its easy to get in but do follow the Rules , TOS . Make a blog at blogger and add some content and then apply for it
