fryzie - it's not impossible that rosiee007 might have originally designed the flash files for the free site, or even that the free site stole those flash files from her. Many free/cheap flash sites are nothing more than a repository of stolen work from other sites. I wouldn't immediately assume she's disreputable, particularly given a good reputation here on DP. If you're at all interested in her services, why not just ask her directly why the flash files are similar. Even if she is copying them, there's nothing illegal about doing so unless the files are copyrighted. Best, Anita

And then coming and complaining of how your 'precious' thread was deleted by the moderators, because you forgot to read the Rules of this forum. And then you forgot to give a screen shot of that part of my PM, where I explicitly mentioned that you just have 1 post in the forum, and that we'll need some kind of assurance that you're not fraud. I've done design banner work for other people here also, and I dont need to give you explanations of any of my work. Infact, its your site which has been using templates and images and headers stolen from other peoples website. Check my next post with links to the sites you've taken things from. I think its people like you who should be banned and removed from a good forum like DP. I sent you the last PM on Friday, and when I come back after a weekend, you have all these fuc*ing threads and posts all over the place complaining and crying as if God knows what happened with you!

I had something down as an example. Which is why those were there. And you can see that they are not there anymore, and were up for less than 24 hours. rosiee007 you have completely IGNORED the fact that your portfolio of work contains OTHER PEOPLES flash work. By putting it on your portfolio, you are saying that is it yours. You are PATHETIC. Nice way to work around the whole point of this thread though, and start it as an attack onto me.

Nope. Unless Rosiee007 built the template but somehow I don't believe that will turn out to be the case.
If Rosiee007 worked for TemplateMonster that would be something which would definitely be in her portfolio! Plus there would be more of the work done by "Delta" rather than the 1 banner
Hi fryzie. You had a template based website, and wanted someone to make a flash banner for it. Similarly, we have clients who already have established websites who want minor changes or modifications in the design. As I mentioned in one of my PMs earlier, we also do web site design / re-design, development, maintenance, modifications and customization. Hence we charge only for the number of hours we spend on that task/work, and the amount of work needed. You came here to get a banner made for free and were 'looking for someone to make a really professional flash banner', and asked for people to send you a quote with samples of their portfolio. Since your site was also a dental site, I found it suitable to send you the URL for that client site we had worked once for. And you started calling me a liar and fraud and dont know what without knowing any details, of what or how much work we did for that client, and assumed that we were calling other peoples work as our own. You claimed that the designs were free templates, whereas they are not. If they were free, anybody could go and use them. These templates are available for sale and are bought by people looking to make websites quickly. Now take your own case. You are using a template on your main site at whitersmile.com.au . If someone did a flash banner for it or customize it a little, they would only be responsible for it, and not for anything else on that site. Rosiee
