Alexa Stats show that the site is dead !

It's amazing to see that all the beneath sites have a pagerank while the main has a zero .

If there are 100 sites the deal might be good , i am not sure .

no google didnt can me, there are 100 sites, and actually the PR of the main site is PR1 according to toolbar
another thing, keep in mind that if you BIN, thats like $25 per site. proxy sites that are just made with no traffic go for an average of $50 to $80 or more.

if i sold for any lower than for example 1,000 that wud be just about breaking even as each domain is $9.20 from godaddy and $8 from namecheap.

What are the adsense earnings for your network?

 

one site uses anywhere from 50gb to 500gb per month with this script, if u put cgi on it will be MUCH less maybe 1 or 2 gb per month

 

well theyre being sold assuming no revenue but there is revenue
the first 3 or 4 months gave me about $1200 in adsense checks

 

Can I get traffic stats or an adsense screenshot?

 

I'm seeing Alexa traffic for the main site, be it fairly low in rank (1m+ 1 week, 2m+ 3mth) + PR1. What I can say though is that I bought the MasterProx Network from this buyer last week, 48 proxies, and if anything velocity834 under played their value, so although I won't be bidding on this sale (buying money is gutted after buying materprox ) I'm happy to recommend the seller and his wares.

Look at the offer this way:
1. 100 domains, depending on where you buy them from, value of $7-$10 each, and that doesn't include the time taken to research and physically register them, your time does actually have value
2. Sure, the templates aren't exciting, but they are functional and compared to some offers I see at DP there actually pretty good. Think in value though as to how long it would take you to setup 100 proxies with a template! I'm in the proxy business and I know it takes me roughly 30-60 minutes per site, here is an offer with 100 already done
3. Revenue: The sale is presuming no revenue, so the multiples work, but chances are, and as suggested by velocity834 there is some revenue. 100 sites with traffic (even if it's fairly small) with some revenue at $1,000 is a bargain.
4. Cost: even at $2500, that's $25 per proxy, I've seen brand new proxies here at DP with no traffic/ revenue for $50-$75. $25 is a bargain, and there's some good proxy names there as well.

velocity834 didn't put me up to this BTW, but thought I'd chime in. I don't have the money, but this is a bargain.
