Cross posted from General Chat I've set up a new rapidshare links forum. The idea being that people come to a single place for their rapidshare download needs. The advantage to uploaders is obvious - they post their links & increase their download count. They also increase their premium points earnings & can then make new accounts / extend their own. The advantage to downloaders is also obvious - they come to a single place to download everything they need from rapidshare. The question is, how do I effectively promote the site because other forum admins don't like me spamming their forum with links to mine. Anyone got any ideas? Many thanks DoA P.s. If you are looking to promote a warez forum < links to download movies and other stuff > then these are not allowed by most of networks . so , I am not sure how will you make money off it unless you got some advertisers for this . Even clicksor | bidvertiser dont allow warez .
I dont think downloaders will get a better service since there are dedicated search sites for rapidshare. Try "search rapidshare" to see what i mean. Uploaders will sure post everything they could to earn the points and you dont want a forum with fake content. I am curios about rapidshare related services (since i`m about to launch one), would like to look at your form, if possible.
just put a bunch of links up, put tons of them up everyday, use megaupload links and other ones too then get backlinks and do some seo search engines will do the rest as people will find what their looking for at your forum
