Anybody know what script runs Jarkey.com and similar sites like http://www.onlinefreegaming.com http//timewasterz.com They all appear to be running the same script. Any ideas?
If you still need help. Try phparcadescript.com. The sites you listed don't use it but onlineflashgamez.com and I (woochoochinchilla.com) use them. I know a large % of arcade sites use it. They are great.

How can that be? All the games are neatly categorized......it would be impossible to manage with it having a script for a backend.
I talk to the owner of jarkey.net its html.. the voting system is a script.. the Top Referrers is ran by a script.. but the rest of the site is done in html.. he only adds games about 3 times a month.. the site is 4 years old.. just took time. trust me. its html. not a script like gss, fgs, or gmoa Zack
Hey thanks --- Well I have decided to write myself a script to do something very similar but php/mysql. its about half way done now. I'll let who ever is interested check it out when I am done.
Well it's going to take a little longer than I thought. I'm still about half done but I decided to make it so that I can package it and possibly sell it as a script or as a ready made site. In order to do that I had to go back and redo some things but it is coming along nicely. I'll be sure to PM you when it gets close to being a final product.
Just to update you guys because of the amount of interest shown here and via PM....... This has turned into a real arcade script with a top referrer list, search for game links as well as hosted games. I am still testing this but once I finish a few more things and release it into the wild by fully attaching it to my other arcades I am pretty sure this will be huge. At this point, I doubt I will release this as a packaged script because I don't want to do the work of supporting it (just the mere mention of it here on DP caused a little stir by PM) as well as worry about other people stealing my code. Like I said in an earlier post I may at some point sell ready made sites with this installed, but the real plan is to create a cost effective (other similar sites charge way to much!) and highly trafficked site that will benefit ALL arcade owners and even my other arcades. It is designed to be a traffic generator for everyone who has an arcade or is an arcade webmaster. The site is currently live but I am not going to give out the URL here. I will give out the URL to those who are interested at a later date by PM if you agree to/have the following: 1) You have an exisiting reputable Arcade (one that I have heard of) that has a Top referrer list I can join and be approved for so I can add this site to it. 2) You agree not to tell anyone else that I am the owner of the URL (if you do and I find out, I'll cut you off once traffic gets big and you'll be sorry...not just from this but from my other arcades that you may or may not be listed on ) 3) You agree let me add some "game links" from your arcade in #1 to the site 4)You send me a PM Now telling me your Arcade name and URL as in #1 I can 99% guarantee that when I let this go wide open and start attaching it to my other sites it will be one of the bigger sites out there so if you have games in it you will get traffic! Also, at a later date, this is designed to accept express game link submissions for a fee......what does this mean for you?.....well this means that if you have an arcade as in #1, now would be the time to tell me and get some of your games in for free! This is only open to arcades as in #1 because of the way my site works....it works similar to all the arcades like Gamelinks.com Jarkey.net etc where they link to your games.....So a reputable arcade is more likely to be around and keep their links intact. If you are a game developer let me know and we can talk about adding in your games to be hosted in this script. I have decided that I want this to be somewhat anonymous for the time being so that is why I would like to do it this way. This will be the last time I will post here....if you have questions PM me.
