$10 USD per hour - if you have to sit there and upload 1 by 1. Considering what else I could be doing for the hour, I'd actually quote something insane so I didn't have to do it.
I think I quoted less because you just sit and click and leave it alone then do whatever you want to do. This does depend on your ISP speed though lol, I'm sure people with dialup would quote insanely... So.. search and click 100 files, shouldn't be too hard
100 files though... I get bored out of my brain just uploading a FEW movies to youtube or whatever. I can't imagine sitting there for 100 files in one go.

I'd just write a script utilizing the YouTube API searching for videos tagged 'funny' with a certain minimum views, then copying them to your server. But since we're talking about money, I would write such a script for $15/hr.
Just uploading? If you are also producing web pages that display them, like asfx files, then that is big bucks. Pure uploading, prolly 50 bucks for the lot, just to validate successfull uploads. What FTP do you use?
