Best pre-populated SE friendly directory script?

I'm very lazy. Can anyone recommend a script with the following features:

- SE friendly URLs
- SE friendly external, static links (pass PR to listed sites)
- Pre-populated with standard categories, so I don't have to add them all myself
- Paid listing via PayPal (and 2Checkout)
- Easy editing (moving around) categories

This one http://www.tolranet.co.uk/software/directoryscript/ does most of this,
except you have to add the categories yourself, and as I said, I'm lazy.
It also need a bit of customisation to brand it as your own.
I've used it on another site, and can recommend it.

As it costs £75 GBP, I was wondering if there was a cheap-and-cheerful alternative.
£75 isn't a lot for a good script, but still ...

 

I haven`t come across any which come pre-populated. But as far as value vs cost goes, phpLD is the best.
