I'm selling one of my websites to fund a Honda S2000. This has been a proven earner with stable earnings for the past 6 months. It runs on Greg-J's MSRS script.

The domain itself is 1 year and 8 months old. It is very short and easy to remember. It is registered at GoDaddy.

The site is being monetized with only YPN. I do not run annoying CPM banners or popups. Average daily revenue is $25. One other revenue stream that I played around with before was link sales. I sold quite a few links in December for $30 per month. The reason why I stopped was because I have other sites that make more money and require more of my time.

Most of the traffic is from search engines. My site ranks well for keywords like "Myspace Images". It hovers between pages 6 and 12 for "Myspace Layouts"

The site has a lot of custom content. It has hundreds of layouts and lots of custom glitters that I paid very good money for.

The site's files total over 300mb and I have run it on a dedicated server since I started the site. Included are 2 layout packs with resale rights that I made. Just by selling on myspacepros.com, I have made over $1000 and nobody else has reseller rights.

where is $750 coming from? I don't see any month revenue that reach that high.

 

just a small correction. according to those stats your site averages $21 a day and about $650/month. but if you were to consider that you could make link sales it would be back up in that $750 range again


-btw, where can i get a copy of Greg's MSRS? all i have seen are very old versions of MSRSs but I would like a new version like yours

 

nice site.. but the bin is a little high I think.

 

Ok here are a few things to remember


1. Don't question the sellers bin, seller has the right to price it to his fancy. (if you dont wanna buy dont slam the seller)
2. Stats show the income, its simple addition so income is verified.
3. Bin is calculated like so : income per month x 10 + 50-200$ for effort

No, I have never been contacted by Yahoo. I reuploaded the themes folder with my old winter version and forgot to take out the images beside the ads. Since I never really worked on the site lately, I didn't notice.

No, this does not come with a YPN account. I ran adsense back in September and have not done so recently.
