(safemode was enabled. it needs to be disabled to work. If people are interested but aren't able to disable safemode on there apache install, there is a simple workaround)

I created the script in a test enviroment, forgot to disable safemode on the live enviroment.

By the way... a domain name can not start nor end with a dash "-"
