Payment Term: Excluded ?

    When I go to my Payment Information it says:

    Payment Term: Excluded

    What is this? I think it's something to with me not getting payments, which would explain why I've never been paid, and I have $650 USD sitting in my account for the past 8 months.

    maybe you did not mail them the tax form

    ah, well I didn't do that.

    Do I just send them my Tax ID, with proof that it is mine? (I got the Tax ID acceptance form with my name on it)

    I'm in Australia btw.
