cheating

    ad logger showed 14 clicks and ad sense is showing 10 clicks whos cheating :D

    I've never used adlogger but what can POSSIBLY be the use of counting mouseovers?

    Not that ive noticed, right clicks maybe although i tested that a while ago and it didn't count that as a click either.

    It's not a feature - it's a bug. Apparently measuring clicks is much more difficult than it may sound.

    It does, honestly. Counts every time the mouse is waved in the general direction of the ads. Not good.

    ...wow. I've used simple Javascript in the past to detect valid ad clicks. Why can't they get it right?

    For ALL browsers? Some intelligent guessing has to be done for some browsers, thus a mouseover can be misinterpreted.

    Not everything is accurate when it comes to 3rd party programs, you can only get a rough estimate out of these programs. But on the other hand, it really helps out, hence you see which person is clicking your ads multiple times, whereas you can block them to prevent yourself from getting banned.

    There are always going to be inconsitencies because of adlogger's inefficiencies. So I declare adsense to be right as always.

    google do not count the clicks open in a new window.so there cud be many possibilities n the diff is minor 14-10. NOT like 4 -14 :)
