    I estimated its value by its rate of growth in the past 4 days thats when i actually started to do backlink work on it.

    Im selling the site based solely on its potential and proof of rapid growth.

    Yes and its not making 8cents a day except for one day when it made 2 cents
    other are well over 10 and going to 80+

    Its still growing, the days of no clicks where due to me taking the site down for a few template changes then shifted over from phproxy.
